How is this guy a crook who buys foreclosure properties? Or is your intellect so small that you can only think in one word sentences?
Flipping = buying …
Flipping = buying at one price and reselling for a higher price (and a profit). It’s a term that could mean quick-turn wholesaling (as-is, no repairs) or it could also apply to those who renovate then resell on the retail market. Takes longer, but also higher profit margins.
Slow dimes vs. fast nickels.
