    Yes the herd is …
Yes the herd is always sent on its way to the slaughter. I’ve noticed that when here in the UK, auctioneers have a previewing of the property over a limited time slot of say half an hour. That’s designed to get people worked up: Determined to “win”. But the higher they bid, the more they lose. Their bidding with their heart, not with their head: Fatal, but what the sellers want.

    Warning. Contrarian …
    Warning. Contrarian Thinker here.

Would it make sense that if there was a gorgeous home at a fantastic price I would be the only person who wanted it on a group bus tour? Of course not. And that is EXACTLY what he Realtwhores want! A little “mini bidding war” to drive up the price. Forget it! I’m up to thier game. I know how they think. I will go out ON MY OWN. I will do the homework and put in my own time; so when I find that gorgeous low priced home I am the ONLY bidder w/no competition.8)

    Catch that falling …
    Catch that falling knife.

Bus tours are nothing new. Few others have been doing it, already.
